Opting for lighter and more wholesome meals, I’ve recently been leaning towards eating more of raw fruits and vegetables into my diet, predominantly in the form of refreshing salads. Just last week, I decided to treat myself for two mornings. I chose the convenience of Zomato to order green salads from a local favourite, Ciclo Life. While preparing these salads at home is certainly feasible, ordering them online offers me the benefits of portion control, diversity, and freshness without the hassle of making them just for myself. Although not the most economical choice, indulging in these salads occasionally is a luxury I allow myself.

On the first morning, I savoured a Roasted Caesar Salad priced at INR 369. This delightful mix featured lettuce, croutons, and an array of roasted and grilled vegetables such as carrots, zucchini, onions, baby corn, beans, bell peppers, and broccoli, all tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing.
Thai Green Mango & Noodle Salad
The next day, I opted for something a bit more exotic: the Thai Green Mango & Noodle Salad, costing INR 399. This salad was a vibrant blend of lettuce, raw mango, carrot, spring onion, glass noodles, basil, and bell peppers, all flavoured with sesame oil, sweet chilli dip, crushed peanuts, and coriander, accompanied by a vinegar-based sauce and two pieces of millet bread.
