For last 17 years, volunteers at the Sri Tiripurasundari Temple in Ashok Nagar,Chennai have been organizing grandly Lord Sri Hanuman Jayanthi every year. Every year they decorate a chariot elaborately with Hundred Thousand (100008) Vadai Maalai (Garland made of Doughnut like deep fried snack).
This year too they have done wonderfully the arrangements. They topped it with having few monkey dolls hanging from the ceiling near the sanctum sanctorum as well.
