On a hot Chennai evening, what better way to cool down than with a bowl of ice cream? I found myself at Freez Zone, Dr RK Salai, Mylapore—right opposite the famous AVM Rajeswari marriage hall. If you know Chennai weddings, you know that’s a landmark hard to miss!
This time, I went for Choco Crackles, which was chocolate in every possible form—chocolate dip, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, and even a Caramel Crunch mixed in. Basically, if chocolate had a festival, this would be the grand finale!
Of course, after indulging in this chocolate overload, I had to balance things out. So, I walked 3 km to and from the parlour. That should even things out… I hope!
The pictures below are from an earlier visit, about a year ago, when I had picked up Strawberry Swirl and Chocolate flavour bowls as a parcel to enjoy at home. Different day, same ice cream appreciation!
