I am happy to join everyone around the world in celebrating International yoga day by practicing in the morning the common yoga protocol plus my regular routine. Last year I took the photos outdoor, this year it was indoors in front of the TV watching the common yoga protocol.

pl check…the first photo of yours….hold the right leg with right hand not left….otherwise you wont get the required twist…
that is, as per the TV….but ardha matsyendrasana, we hold with the opp hand, but the leg should cross over…..I am amazed at the ease with which you are doing other asanas…how long have you been doing? Please delete my comment after reading it.
thanks for reading my blog and your comments. i checked with yoga master, he says the asana i am doing is correct and it’s a variation of vakrasana. you are correct in that for better effects, the leg should be crossed over.
i am learning yoga twice a week for almost last 13-14 years.
