This morning at 8 AM, Kalvi TV aired my interview on Career opportunities in Artificial Intelligence (AI), where I addressed various questions aimed at enhancing students’ skills in the field. The programme, produced by the Tamil Nadu Government’s Labour Department, is available on YouTube in two 30-minute segments.

A notable aspect of this production is that, apart from me and two cameramen, the entire team comprised women. Mrs Mithra, JEO, who oversaw the programme, proudly introduced each of her female colleagues, highlighting their dedication to producing two-hour segments for Kalvi TV. It was heartening to witness such commitment. The programme was curated by Mrs Kalaivani, an officer from the department, who also conducted the interview.

A few weeks ago, I visited the Kalvi TV office at the Directorate of Public Instruction campus on College Road, Chennai, for the recording. I was impressed by the world-class recording studios established by the Tamil Nadu Government. I hope students make the most of these programmes. I’ve attached some photos of the Kalvi TV building to this post.
