Earlier this week I was staying at The Westin Mumbai Garden City for Microsoft India’s Ignite Conference 2019. For Dinner, I ordered a Tibetan Vegetarian Dinner and it was tasty – Thukpa Gya-Thuk (Hearty Tibetan Broth Vegetables, Noodles), Salt and Pepper Vegetables, Burnt Garlic Noodles, Ma Po Tofu and Litchi with Vanilla Ice Cream.
