Moodar Koodam is a two year old movie I got to watch only today. It’s a full length comedy, sans logic film that’s mostly entertaining. The story of 4 unemployed youth (Naveen, Sentrayan, Kuberan and White) trying to house arrest one of their uncle in his house and demand ransom money. The film has memorable moments like a flashback for a pet dog, why White gets angry when anyone scolds him fool (முட்டாள்), the Bombay Don watching cricket match while his victim is getting punished and the climax. The screen play doesn’t try to be smart or make too much effort on what it’s about, it progresses on it’s own course, mostly focused on weirdness of life and how strange it can turn out for many.
