This satirical comedy movie “Thank you for smoking” is about the US Tobacco industry (Big Tobacco) pre settlement with US government many decades back. It is a first person narrative of Nick Naylor who works as Vice President for tobacco lobby organization called “Academy of Tobacco Studies”. Nick is a brilliant lobbyist, excellent orator who can twist any argument shamelessly in his favour. He trains his young son on how you can use intelligent spin in your arguments and destroy your opponent. The film shows the unapologetic acts of Big Tobacco. It was nice fun to watch this movie.
I noticed in the title card the movie was produced by PayPal founders Peter Thiel and Elon Musk.
