Sweet and Sour Neem Flower Dish

With instructions and under the watchful eyes of my wife I managed to cook a few dishes this week.

The first was a sweet, sour dish. Ingredients were Neem Flowers, Jaggery, Raw Mango, Red Pepper, and, a Tinch of Salt, Rice flour & fried mustard. [இனிப்பு, கசப்பு பச்சடி – மாங்காய், வேப்பப்பூ, வெல்லம் இதோடு கொஞ்சம் அரிசி மாவு, உப்பு, சிவப்பு மிளகாய் மற்றும் தாளித்த கடுகு] 

Next day, I tried Cauliflower Pakoda and Cauliflower curry!
