To add to the fun, the displays and airline staffs will always tell you the wrong number. Wow! What fun it is. Today, I am thirty minutes into the game, and I am losing.
And they manage to do this for the last two decades day in and day out, even with a new airport that was built a few years ago – and that’s customer service and delight.
