Today for dinner I went with my family to this recently opened All Vegetarian fine dining restaurant – Nivedhanam Veg International at V.M.Street, Mylapore, Chennai (Near Yellow Pages, One way Road opposite to Sri Krishna Sweets). The restaurant is promoted by a Japanese based Indian chain of restaurants – Sri Balaji group of Hotels.
On entering the dining area we were greeted by this (see below) beautiful Tanjore painting of Radha Krishna, what caught my attention in the painting was the depiction of one Krishna for each gopika.
We ordered a Shangai Salad (Google shows this to be made with Chicken, but we had the vegetarian variety) which was quite crispy with its rice noodles, Thai Curry with steamed Rice, Dosa and for desert a tasty Paan Ice Cream (Paan is betel leaf mouth refresher) which was lovely.

Overall we enjoyed dining here. I recommend the place if you visiting Royapettah or Mylapore.
