Gamified Software usability session

Last week, I had a blast hosting a gamified session for a group of techies! We played Red vs Blue style games to spot software usability and quality issues, and it was so much fun! I strongly believe that software usability should not be an afterthought or left solely to UX designers or testers. It’s essential that all stakeholders in a software team are aware of it and actively practice it. It cannot be enforced by a process alone; it must be ingrained in the culture.

And what better way to encourage a culture of software usability than by gamifying it?😉
