Sixer (2019) is a feature film version of a popular comedy sequence of Actor Goundamani from Chinnathambi (1991). Just like how Goundamani tries hard to hide his night blindness from his love interest, Vaibhav Reddy in Sixer plays all tricks to win over Pallak Lalwani by keeping his illness a secret.
With just a one-line story, Director Chachi has managed to give an enjoyable film by bringing in a villain character, some friction and a good bit of action. Switching off your logical thinking for two hours, you can come out light-hearted!
Actor Sathish as Vaibhav’s friend, veteran Radharavi as heroine’s father and Illavarasu as Vaibhav’s father have done their roles well.
