Yesterday, I tried Cha Gio Viet, the Vietnamese fried spring rolls, here in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola. They have a nice blend of crisp sprouts, vegetables, vermicelli, and toasted peanuts, all complemented by a mint, lime, and chilli dipping sauce. The combination of crispiness and tangy flavours was quite enjoyable, and the size was just right – comfortable for a single bite. A good choice for those who appreciate subtle and diverse textures in their food.
