Tender coconut infusion with orange

I like Asian vegetarian food, especially Thai as it can be spicy and suited for my Indian tastebuds. Today a friend took me for dinner at Mamagoto, the Pan-Asian restaurant at Phoenix Mall, Chennai. It was nice but not cheap.

Original Clear Vegetables Soup – Garlic, Pakchoi (Chinese cabbage) and snow peas

Crispy Lotus Stem – tossed in burnt garlic & dried chilli

Hawker’s Noodles (Tofu Pad Thai)

Green Apple, Carrot, Beetroot cooler
