About two weeks back, I got an email through my blog from Ms Geetha Lakshmi, CEO of ABAttorneys, Dubai. Then after few phone calls of mutual pleasantries and introductions, Geetha came to my office early this week and invited me to do a talk. The talk was to be at the launch event of their Legal Compliance & IT Security Audit product in India.
I gave the talk yesterday at the event in Chancery Hotel, Bangalore on ‘Social – Best Habits to follow and Pitfalls to avoid’ (Download the deck). Since it was a product launch event with a mixed audience, from various industries and family members I decided to choose a topic that is not technical – it has to appeal to a wide range of people and be interesting and relevant to them as well. I guess I did deliver what I intended to.
