A Transparent or a Poor Service from a Telco?

Is this an example of a transparent customer support from a #TELCO or of a poor service, you decide.

At my office, we have a Reliance Jio #JioFi card. The data speeds were good till 2 days ago. Suddenly, it became too slow and with only 4 out of 5 bars. On complaining, I got a call from an engineer who logged the location, then a little later when I called up he reported that it was a 3rd party tower issue and it will be fixed in 24 hours. It seems the third party hasn’t paid their Power bill (!) and as a result the tower was down.

On one hand, I am happy with the transparency and a commitment to resolve this by 24 hours – normally TELCOs try their best to push-back and plead ignorance of any problem.

On the other hand, I am disappointed at the business process and the quality of service delivery they have got.

    Have an absolutely opposite experience with Jio..issue not even acknowledged and responded for weak signal and poor download speed…just living with it for the last 4 months.
