My uncle wanted this – a finger ring that has an electronic counter that works like the handy counter that you would’ve seen flight attendants use to count passengers – he wanted this to count the number of times he goes around the temple or chanting his prayers. I never thought there will be a product like this, one that you can wear in your finger! Not sure of its utility for me, but this is creative thinking.
He wanted me to go to T.Nagar or NSC Bose Road in Chennai to search for this, instead, I searched Amazon India for Prayer Counter, and found plenty of sellers with numerous models being listed. The one I got for my uncle cost Rs.350 (US$ 5) for 10 pieces, with such a low price, you don’t change the battery, you simply throw away and use a new one.
