Background: Tomorrow marks the beginning of the World Classical Tamil Conference in Kovai and with it the Ninth “Tamil Internet Conference” (TI2010) organized by INFITT. I am honoured to be the Chair of INFITT for this term and to be part of the TI2010 organizing committee. Tonight we wanted to send emails to participants and speakers (who may not have got the information yet) of TI2010, informing them about the Hotel and the Room Number they are booked in Coimbatore. And this we had to do in next few hours (it was already 11.50PM when we started) and I am in my Hotel Room along with my good friend and INFITT Member Badri Seshadri who is being a great help in running TI2010 at the venue.
Problem: We had the entire data in a MS Excel spread sheet (as shown below). Each row had information unique to an individual along with their email ID. Initially we thought of sending the emails manually – open GMail, compose new message, cut and paste the information, repeat it 220 times. We quickly realized this is not tenable within the time we had, and if we have to catch some sleep, we have to automate this. After doing some Web searches, I remembered that MS Word Mail-Merge may be able to help us.
Solution: Turns out MS Word with Outlook has a feature to send customized email to multiple people with the data coming from Outlook contacts, Excel or any relational database that can be connected to. The feature is called “Mail Merge”, the same feature that many of us have used in MS Word to print customized letters or print labels. Badri had in his laptop MS Word 2002, but didn’t have Outlook configured, so the “Mail Merge” feature didn’t show up “Send by Email” option in his laptop. I had in my laptop MS Word & Outlook 2010, but I had my official email ID configured, and for obvious reasons I didn’t want 220 emails going from my official email. I removed my official email and instead configured my Hotmail.com email ID with MS Outlook 2010 (this required downloading and installing Outlook Hotmail Connect 32-bit). Then I used the “Step by Step” wizard for Mail Merge in MS Word 2010 – configured the data from MS Excel, selected the columns, created an email template and finally previewing the output. All this initial research and setting up took about 30-40 minutes.
After which we started sending out the emails in blocks of roughly 50 emails (I wanted to be nice with Hotmail SPAM filters). To our surprise we completed sending out 220 customized emails in the next 20-30 minutes. And all this was on a “Fair” Wi-Fi connection provided by the hotel where I was staying.
Conclusion: As they say, necessity is the mother of invention. Without the urgency we were in, I may not have explored or learned this nice feature of “Mail Merge” for emails in MS Word, instead would have used an online service for sending out bulk mails or worst-case written a small application in VB.NET!

சென்னைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கணினித்தமிழ் பன்னாட்டுக்கருத்தரங்கத்தின் இரண்டாம் நாள் இன்று (25.02.2010) காலை 10 மணிக்குத் தொடங்கிய அமர்வில் உத்தமம் அமைப்பின் தலைவர் என்கின்ற முறையில் நான் தலைமை தாங்கிய ஒரு கலந்துரையாடல் “யுனிகோடும் தமிழும்” என்ற பொதுத்தலைப்பில் நடந்தது.
பேராசிரியர் திரு.இராமன் அவர்கள் யுனிகோடு என்றால் என்ன என்றும், அதை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தாமல் இருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் என்ன என்றும் அவைக்கு எடுத்துரைத்தார். அதனை அடுத்து திரு.அ.இளங்கோவன் அவர்கள் யுனிகோடைப் பயன்படுத்தி அச்சிடுவதில் உள்ள சிக்கல்களை எடுத்துரைத்தார். என்.எச்.எம்.எழுதியை உருவாக்கிய திரு.நாகராசன் அவர்கள் விசைப்பலகைகள் பற்றியும் யுனிகோடு பற்றியும் மிகச்சிறப்பாகத் தன் கருத்துத்துகளை எடுத்துரைத்தார். திரு.ராம்கி அவர்கள் “ஒருங்குறியின் போதாமை – Inadequacy of Unicode” என்ற தலைப்பில் தனது கருத்துக்களைக் கூறினார். Natural Language Processingல் எப்படி Encodingகள் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது என்று அண்ணாமலை பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் பேராசிரியர் திரு.கணேசன் அவர்களும், பெங்களூர் இந்திய அறிவியல் நிறுவனத்தின் பேராசிரியர் இராமகிருட்டினன் அவர்களும் கூறினார்கள்.
சென்னைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கணினித்தமிழ் பன்னாட்டுக்கருத்தரங்கத்தின் முடிவுகளை இங்கே படிக்கலாம். அதில் கூறியுள்ள இரண்டு முக்கியமானக் கருத்துக்களுக்கு என் முழு அதரவு – ஒன்று “தமிழகத்தில் இரண்டு கணினிமொழியியல் மையங்கள் ( Centre for Computational Linguistics and Language Technology) நிறுவப்படவேண்டும்”, இரண்டாவது “தமிழுக்கு ஒருங்கூறியை செயல்படுத்தவேண்டும் என்பது”
நான் படித்தது ஸ்ரீபெரும்புதூர் அருகேயுள்ள ஸ்ரீ வேங்கடேஸ்வரா பொறியியல் கல்லூரியில், பொறியியல் (மின்னணு மற்றும் தகவல் தொடர்பு) பட்டம் பெற்றது சென்னை பல்கலைக்கழகத்திலிருந்து (அப்போது பொறியியல் கல்லூரிகள் அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இணைக்கப்படவில்லை). எதற்கு இதையெல்லாம் சொல்கிறேனா?, விஷயம் இருக்கிறது!.
நாம் படித்த கல்லூரியிலோ அல்லது நாம் பட்டம் பெற்ற பல்கலைக்கழகத்திலேயே நமக்கு ஒரு வாழ்த்துக்கிடைத்தால் அது நமக்கு பெரிய ஒரு மகிழ்ச்சி தானே!. அப்படி ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சி எனக்கு இன்று நடந்தது. சென்னைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் தமிழ் மொழித்துறை தலைவர் பேராசிரியர் திரு.ந.தெய்வசுந்தரம் அவர்களின் அழைப்பில் இன்று நடைப்பெற்ற கணினித்தமிழ் பன்னாட்டுக்கருத்தரத்தின் தொடக்கவிழாவில் தான் எனக்கு அந்த வாய்ப்புக்கிடைத்தது. சென்னைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் துணைவேந்தர் மாண்பமை கர்னல் பேராசிரியர் க.திருவாசகம் அவர்கள் தலைமையுரையாற்றினார் – அப்போது அவர் எனக்கு பொன்னாடை போர்த்தியப் போது நான் மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்தேன்.
நிகழ்ச்சியின் மையவுரையினை அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் முன்னாள் துணைவேந்தர் மு.ஆனந்தகிருட்டினன் அவர்கள் வழங்கினார், தமிழ்நாட்டு அரசின் தொழில்நுட்பத்துறை அமைச்சர் மாண்புமிகு திருமதி.பூங்கோதை ஆலடி அருணா அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினார். மேலும் முனைவர் நீலாதிரி சேகர்தாஸ் (இந்தியப் புள்ளியியல் கழகம்,கொல்கத்தா), சிங்கப்பூர் நாண்யாங் தொழில்நுட்ப பல்கலைக்கழகப் பேராசிரியர் ஆ.இரா.சிவகுமாரன் அவர்களுடன் உத்தமம் தலைவர் என்கிற முறையில் நானும் கலந்துகொண்டு வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினேன்.
வாழ்த்துரையில் நான் பேசியதல் இருந்து சில குறிப்புக்கள் கீழே:
இது மிக பொருத்தமான (செம்மொழி மாநாட்டோடு இணைந்து தமிழ் இணைய மாநாடு 2010 வரும் சூன் 23-27 நடப்பதற்கு முன்பாக) தருணத்தில், மிக அருமையாக (பலதரப்பட்ட அறிஞர்கள் – மொழியியல், கணினியியல், பொறியாளர்கள் எல்லோரையும் ஒன்றாக அழைத்து) ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட கருத்தரங்கம்
கடந்த பத்தாண்டுகளில் தமிழ் கணினி, இணையத்தின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு எப்படி தமிழ் இணைய மாநாடு 1999 ஒரு அடிதளமாக அமைந்தது
இதுவரை தமிழ் இணையத்தில் வளர்ச்சி தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு வெளியில் இருந்து அதிகளவு வந்துள்ளது, ஆனால் அடுத்த பத்தாண்டில் அது தமிழ்நாட்டில் இருந்து தான் அதிகமாக, வேகமாக (வளர்ச்சிகள்) வரப் போகிறது என்பது என் நம்பிக்கை. இங்கே தான் அதிகமான மக்கள் உள்ளார்கள், மேலும் இந்திய நாட்டின் ஒட்டுமொத்த வளர்ச்சியின் காரணமாக இங்கே தான் அதற்கான பொருளாதார வளமும் அதிகமாக கிடைக்கும்
என் கணிப்புப்படி உலகளவில் சுமார் 3000 பேர் தமிழ் கணினித்துறை, தமிழ் மென்பொருட்கள் தயாரிப்பில் முழுநேரமாக ஈடுப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள். இதை நாம் மேலும் பல மடங்கு அதிகரிக்க வேண்டும். அதற்கான வழிகள், திட்டங்கள் சென்னை பல்கலைக்கழகம் போன்ற கல்விச்சாலைக்களிலில் இருந்து தான் வர வேண்டும்
நாம் கணினியில் தமிழ் வருவது, செல்பேசியில் தமிழ் வருவது என்பதை தாண்டி இன்னும் பல துறைகளில், துறைகள் சார்ந்த செயலிகளில் தமிழ், என்பதை செயல்படுத்த வேண்டும், அங்கே தான் பொருளாதார வாய்ப்புகளும் அதிகம். உதாரணமாக – Video Games, சினிமா, பொழுதுப்போக்கு, SAP போன்ற ERP Software, Tally போன்ற Accounting Software என்று சொல்லிக் கொண்டே போகலாம்
மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதல்வரின் அழைப்பை ஏற்று நடக்கவுள்ள உத்தமத்தின் தமிழ் இணைய மாநாடு 2010க்கு அனைவரையும் அழைத்தல்
பேராசிரியர் ஆ.இரா.சிவகுமாரன் பேசிய போது சிங்கப்பூரில் புதிய மென்பொருட்களைப் பயன்படுத்தி எப்படி சிறப்பாகவும், மாணவர்களுக்கு எளிதில் புரியும்படியும் தமிழ் கற்று கொடுக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை விளக்கினார். உதாரணமாக Soft Chalk என்கிற மின்-பாடங்கள் தயாரிக்கும் செயலி பற்றியும், Hot Potatoes என்கிற செயலில் தமிழ் வசதி முதலில் இருக்கவில்லை என்றும் சிங்கப்பூர் அரசாங்கம் கேட்டுக் கொண்டவுடன் அதன் தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் தமிழ் வரும்படி செய்தார்கள் என்றும் விளக்கமாக கூறினார்.
இன்று சென்னை கோட்டூர்புரத்தில் உள்ள அறிவியல் நகரத்தில் கணித் தமிழ்ச்சங்கத்தின் மாதாந்திரக் கூட்டம் நடைப்பெற்றது. இதில் கோவையில் வரும் ஜூன் மாதத்தில் உத்தமம் அமைப்பும் தமிழக அரசும் சேர்ந்து நடத்தவுள்ள தமிழ் இணைய மாநாடு 2010 பற்றிய விவரங்கள் என்னால் சொல்லப்பட்டது. தமிழ் இணைய மாநாட்டுக் கண்காட்சி தொடர்பான விளக்கங்களை திரு.வள்ளி ஆனந்தன் வழங்கினார். கணித்தமிழ்ச்சங்க உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் உத்தமம் உறுப்பினர்கள் பலரும் இந்த கலந்தாய்வுக்கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்டு மாநாடு சிறப்பாக நடக்க தங்களின் கருத்துக்கள் பலவற்றை கூறினார்கள். கூட்டத்தை ஏற்பாடு செய்த கணித் தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்திற்கும், தலைமையெற்ற டாக்டர் திரு.ஆனந்தகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களுக்கும் என் மனமார்ந்த நன்றி.
தமிழக அரசின் சார்பில் உலகத் தமிழ்ச் செம்மொழி மாநாடு கோவையில் வரும் ஜூன் மாதம் 23ம் நாளிலிருந்து 27ம் நாள் வரை நடக்கயிருக்கிறது. இம்மாநாட்டோடு இணைந்து உத்தமம் நிறுவனம் தனது ஒன்பதாவது தமிழ் இணைய மாநாட்டையும் நடத்த இசைந்துள்ளது. இத்தமிழ் இணைய மாநாட்டில் தங்களது ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரையைப் படிக்க விரும்புவோர் ஒரு பக்க அளவிலான கட்டுரைச் சுருக்கத்தை ஆங்கிலத்திலோ தமிழிலோ தட்டச்சுச் செய்து கீழ்க்கண்ட விவரப்படி ti2010-cpc@infitt.org என்னும் மின்னஞ்சலுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். இந்த அறிவிப்பின் ஒளிப் பதிவைக் கீழே பார்க்கலாம்.

இன்று நான் “தமிழ் இணையம் – வளர்ச்சியும் வரலாறும்” என்ற தலைப்பில் ஒய்.எம்.சி.ஏ.பட்டிமன்றம் நடத்திய கருத்தரங்கத்தில் பேசும் வாய்ப்புக் கிடைத்தது. சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் எதிரில் அமைந்துள்ள தொன்மைச்சிறப்பு வாய்ந்த ஒய்.எம்.சி.ஏ.கட்டடத்தில் அதன் எசுபிளனேடு கிளையின் இலக்கியப்பிரிவாகிய ஒய்.எம்.சி.ஏ.பட்டிமன்றம் நடத்திய இக் கருத்தரங்கம் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. தமிழ் அறிஞர்கள்/புலவர்களையும் தமிழ் தகவல் தொழில்ஙட்ப வல்லுனர்களையும் இணைக்கும் ஒரு முயற்சியாக இதை நான் நினைக்கிறேன்.
உத்தமம் செயற்குழு உறுப்பினரும் ஒய்.எம்.சி.ஏ.பட்டிமன்றத்தின் துணைத் தலைவருமாகிய மறைமலை இலக்குவனார் வரவேற்புரை வழங்கினார்.அவர் தமது வரவேற்புரையில் உத்தமம் அமைப்பைப் பற்றி ஓர் அறிமுகம் வழங்கியதுடன் கணிப்பொறி வல்லுநர்களுடன் தமிழ் அறிஞர்களும் இலக்கியப்படைப்பாளிகளும் இணைந்து செயலாற்ற வேண்டியதன் தேவையையும் வந்துள்ள விருந்தினர் பற்றிய் அறிமுகத்தையும் வழங்கினார்.
தலைமையுரை வழங்கிய சென்னைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் தமிழ்மொழித்துறைத்தலைவர் முனைவர் ந.தெய்வசுந்தரம் தமது தலைமையுரையில் தமிழ்க்கணினியுலகம் கண்டுள்ள வளர்ச்சியையும் இன்னும் இங்கே நிறைவேறவேண்டியுள்ள பணிகள் கடல் போல் பரந்துகிடப்பதையும் எடுத்துக் கூறினார்.
உத்தமத்தின் பொருளாளர் தில்லைக்குமரன் அவர்கள் தமது உரையில் தமிழர்கள் இன உணர்வும் மொழி உணர்வும் கொண்டு ஆற்றவேண்டிய சூழலையும் தமிழ் இணையம் இவ்வகையில் ஆற்றிவரும் பணியையும் தமிழுலகம் ஒன்றுபட்டுச் செயற்பட்டால் மிகப் பெரும் மாற்றங்களை உருவாக்கலாம் என்பதையும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
அடுத்து பேசிய நான் (தி.ந.ச.வெங்கடரங்கன்) அச்சுருவின் தோற்றமும் வளர்ச்சியும், ஒருங்குறி என்றால் என்ன, உலகமொழிகள் அதில் பங்கு கொள்வது எவ்வாறு, தமிழ் ஒருங்குறியில் பெற்றுள்ள இடம்/விதம், ஏனைய மொழிகள்-குறிப்பாகச் சீனமும் சப்பானியமும்-ஒருங்குறியில் பெற்றுள்ள இடங்களுக்கும் தமிழ் பெற்றுள்ள இடங்களுக்குமான வேற்றுமை, விசைப் பலகை என்பது யாது, குவெர்ட்டி (QWERTY) என்றழைக்கப்படும் ஆங்கிலமொழிவிசைப்பலகையின் அமைப்புக்கும் தமிழ்மொழி விசைப்பலகைக்கும் வாய்ந்த வேற்றுமைகள் எவை, இன்னும் நாம் அடையவேண்டிய இலக்குகள் யாவை, கணினியை முழுமையும் தமிழ் ஆளும்வகையில் இன்னும் என்னென்ன செய்யவேண்டியுள்ளது, மின் – அரசாங்கம், விளம்பரம், கணினி விளையாட்டு ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் பெறப்படும் நன்மைகள், மொழிபெயர்ப்பில் கணினியைப் பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் செய்யவேண்டிய முயற்சிகள், பேச்சு-எழுத்து, எழுத்து-பேச்சு மடைமாற்றம் செய்யப்பயன்படும் மென்பொருளின் தேவை மற்றும் வருடி OCR), பிழைதிருத்தும் மென்பொருள் ஆகியவற்றில் நாம் அடையவேண்டிய இலக்கு ஆகியவை குறித்து எளிமையாக (என்று எண்ணுகிறேன்) பேசினேன். இதன் ஒளிப் பதிவைக் கீழே பார்க்கலாம்

The other day I was visiting the residence of Prof.M.Anandakrishnan (Former VC of Anna University, Chairman IIT Kanpur, Advisor INFITT). I noticed the display in his living room of his “Padma Shri” award (2002) from President of India. Immediately I requested “Prof” (as many call him) for a quick photograph next to it, he readily obliged.
I came back to Chennai after a 5 days trip to Cologne (Germany) for TIC 2009. INFITT had appointed Cox & Kings (Chennai office) as the official Travel Agency for the conference since nearly 30 participants were from Tamilnadu & many first time travellers. Cox & Kings (Trade Fair Division) came up with a package deal costing about Rs.84,000. This included:

Out of the 30 participants from India, we had about 15+ take up the package from C & K. Initially the airline was Emirates (via Dubai) but it was changed to Air India as many of the participants were from Universities/Colleges that required they fly Air India for UGC funding and for official Tamilnadu government delegates have to fly only by Air India. After my experience I am not surprised why Government has to force this dictum – without which no self respecting traveller will put up with awful Air India Ground service.
Air India and its awful service
I haven’t flown Air India for long-haul flights, so I was very sceptical. I hate the transit in Mumbai and will always prefer to fly international directly from Chennai. I consider the Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport’s transit service to be the lousiest and most inefficient way to transfer passengers between International-Domestic terminals, I am surprised this same pathetic service continues even after privatization (to GVK). I was told that I don’t need to do the transfer from Domestic to International (or vice-versa). Everything went well as told during onward journey, AI191 from Chennai to Frankfurt, departed from Chennai International Terminal with customs/immigration done in Chennai itself. We landed in Mumbai International Terminal and continued the journey to Frankfurt from the same terminal – thereby saving me from the horrible terminal transfer. But I was not fortunate enough on return, the flight AI144 from Frankfurt departed 3 hours delayed and hence we missed the connection from Mumbai to Chennai (same flight number). We landed at 2AM today instead of 10AM (yesterday) in Mumbai and the flight from Mumbai had departed at 1:15AM as scheduled.
We were asked to claim baggage and get out of Intl. Airport in Mumbai and transfer to domestic airport to catch IC571 17:35 (15 Hours wait in Mumbai to go to Chennai). I checked online and found seats available in many of Air India’s morning flights but I was not offered seat in any of them. So instead of waiting 15 hours and losing a full working day I bought a ticket in KingFisher leaving Mumbai at 6:25AM and reached Chennai, paying Rs.5000+ extra for Air India’s fault.
As always, there were simply no Air India staff to help us – I suppose all Air India ground staffs will hide inside their cabins fearing Passengers Queries. They probably have read Mahatma Gandhi’s quote on Customer Service wrongly – you wonder whether Air India Ground staff consider customer(s) to be a nuisance who disturb their peaceful naps. Even if they do a pathetic service (which they do) Government of India may never penalize them and is more than happy to even bail them out!
To be fair Air India flights were modern, neat & clean, entertainment consoles worked and Crew were friendly and helpful.
Cox & Kings
Overall Cox & Kings service from the time of booking to completion was good. Their account manager and tour manager who accompanied us both were professional and nice. I wish the side-seeing tour they had planned for us was thought-of and executed better. The Indian Food offered in a local Indian Restaurant (Ganesha, Cologne) on all the days was very nice and tastier.
Cologne City
This is my first trip to continental Europe and it was more or less just as I expected. We spent good amount of time seeing the Kölner Dom (Cologne Cathedral) and the near-by shopping streets, we got used to using the Tram (S-Bahn) service to commute from our Hotel to New Market area. Since our sight-seeing trip was on the Monday (weekly holiday for Museums) we missed seeing the museums including Cologne Chocolate museum or EL-DE Haus. The City has River Rhine running through it, which gives it many beautiful places. We took a boat trip on the river and also went in the Cable car. Other than these activities we didn’t find anything else to do in Cologne.
தமிழ் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் குறித்த இன்றைய சாதனைகளையும், எதிர்கால சவால்களையும் அறிஞர்கள், வல்லுநர்கள் கூடி விவாதிக்கும் தமிழ் இணைய மாநாடு கடந்த மூன்று நாட்களாக (அக்டோபர் 23ம் தேதி முதல் 25ம் தேதி வரை) ஜெர்மனியில் நடைபெற்றது. தமிழ் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத்திற்கான அனைத்துலக மன்றமான உத்தமம் (International Forum for Information Technology in Tamil- INFITT) அமைப்பும், ஜெர்மனியில் அமைந்துள்ள கோலென் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் இந்தியயியல் மற்றும் தமிழ் ஆய்வு மையமும் (Insitute of Indology and Tamil Studies, University of Cologne) இணைந்து இந்த மாநாட்டிற்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்தது.
இந்த ஆண்டு முதல் முறையாக ஐரோப்பாவில் தமிழ் இணைய மாநாடு நடைபெற்றது. “கணிவழிகாண்போம்தமிழ்” என்பது இந்த மாநாட்டின் மையக் கருத்தாக இருந்தது. உலகெங்கிலுமிருந்து தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறை வல்லுநர்கள் பலர் பங்கேற்றார்கள். ஆழ்ந்த விவாதங்களுக்குப் போதுமான நேரம் கிடைக்க ஏதுவாக 100 பேராளர்கள் மட்டுமே மாநாட்டில் பங்கேற்க வகை செய்யப்பட்டது.
சில மணி நேரம் முன்பாக நடந்த முடிவுரையில் உத்தமம் சார்பாக வெளியிடப்பட்ட மாநாட்டின் அறிவிப்பை நான் படிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது (முழுமையான பிரதியை இங்கே பெறலாம்). இதில் மிக முக்கியமான அறிவிப்பாக நான் கருதுவது ஒருங்குறி (Unicode) முறையைப் பற்றியது.
“ஒருங்குறி (Unicode) முறை தற்பொழுது பெரும்பாலான வணிக நிரலிகள், செல்பேசி நிரலிகள், மின்னியல் ஊடகங்களில் பயன் படுத்தப் படுவதனால், உத்தமம் ஒருங்குறி முறைத் தரத்தையே தரமாக, அறிவிக்குமாறு தமிழ்நாடு, இந்தியா, இலங்கை, சிங்கப்பூர், மலேசியா, மொரிசியசு அரசுகளைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது”
