Today son and myself in the evening went to Express Avenue mall (Chennai) to get some clothing for him. After shopping we went to “Fruits Shop at Greams Road” in the basement to quench our thirst. In recent weeks I have become calorie conscious (!) so I opted for a Fruit salad (seen below), which was yummy and quite filling too.
On the wall in the fruit shop I noticed a board which listed the benefits of many fruits in their juices. No one knows whether these are facts, but fruits are tasty, so why bother just enjoy them.
